It begins with the initial meetings and carries through to preparing the quotation, engineering, component selection, safety concerns, installation supervision, programming, training, and service. The basis of every decision is the following question: “Is this in the customer’s best interests?” Sometimes the best solutions are the simplest; sometimes they’re more complicated. We use a multidisciplinary approach to look at problems from many angles, searching for the solution that makes the most sense.
